Refund Policy

We at Media Miso Pte Ltd want you to be satisfied with your Mentisum subscription. This policy outlines when and how refunds are granted.

The Mentisum IQ quiz is completely free to take. No payment is required to complete the quiz, so no refunds apply to the quiz itself.

Mentisum offers a 3-day trial for a small introductory fee ($1 for Premium). You may cancel at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged the full subscription amount.

If you cancel before the trial ends, no further charges will be made. The introductory fee is non-refundable once your full IQ report and cognitive profile have been delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your Mentisum subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first full charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, please:

1. Email us at support@mentisum.com within 7 days of your charge
2. Include the email address used to sign up
3. Include your reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date
• Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
• Repeat refund requests from the same account

You may cancel your Mentisum subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 4 above.
