By accessing or using Mentisum ("the Service"), operated by Media Miso Pte Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Mentisum provides a cognitive assessment quiz that estimates your IQ score across five dimensions: Pattern Recognition, Logical Reasoning, Cognitive Agility, Spatial Intelligence, and Verbal Analytical ability. The quiz is provided free of charge; premium reports and additional content may be available for purchase in the future.

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide honest responses to receive an accurate assessment
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the Service
• Not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service
• Be at least 16 years of age

• Our quiz and results do not constitute professional psychological, neurological, or clinical assessment
• IQ scores are estimates based on your responses and may not reflect results from standardised clinical testing
• Always consult a qualified psychologist or neuropsychologist for professional cognitive assessment
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on Mentisum results

All content on Mentisum, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, quiz questions, scoring algorithms, result archetypes, and software, is the property of Media Miso Pte Ltd and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Miso Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Media Miso Pte Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
